Terms & Conditions
- NO EXCHANGE or REFUND after 30 days of purchase date.
- For exchange and/or refund. There will be a 20% restocking charge. Items must be returned in their original condition and accepted at the discretion of ALSC.
- 15 days from date of purchase returns may qualify for a cash refund
- 30 days from the date of purchase returns only qualify for credit on account
- If there is product to be exchanged, ALSC will send out the customer's requested replacement product and charge to the customer's Credit Card account the full price. Once the returned product is received and reviewed at ALSC, ALSC will credit the customer's Credit Card account with the replacement costs.
- ALSC provides vendor warranty against product defects under normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase, during which at the discretion of ALSC, will either:
- Repair the defect at no charge.
- Exchange the product, or
- Refund the purchase price of the product
- When a refund is given for product, the product for which the refund is for must be returned to ALSC
- ALSC will pay shipping costs on the replacement sent out to our customers; however, shipping charges associated with the return of defective products are payable by the customers.
- A valid RMA number must be obtained from ALSC prior to the return
